Operation Peace Spring

As you know I am Turkish and I am living in Turkey. If you are watching or following the news, then you must be aware of Operation Peace Spring. This is not a war. We just want to clear our borders from terrorists. We were waiting for the USA and the other allies however they didn't make any positive action about this. We don't want to conquer Syria, we just want to clear Syria and our borders from YPG / PKK; and then we are going to hand over Syria to Syrians. There are more than 3,5 milion Syrian refugees in Turkey. Yes they are our guests however there is a biggest financial crises around the world and in Turkey, too. So we can not feed them anymore.

We named this operation as "Barış Pınarı" in Turkish. "Barış" means "peace" and "pınar" means "spring" in Turkish. So we want to bring "peace" to Syria. We are not killing babies and the other civil society.


I know that there will be third world war one day and it's place will be Mesopotamia where is in Turkey. I am not sure if this Syria War will be it's beginning or not. We are going to wait and see!

I am not the supporter of the war however we need to defend our borders. I wish a better world without wars for everyone. Love and peace from Turkey!

    ...for some reason 'Operation Peace Spring' sounds like a strange operation conducted with guns.

      I'm agree with you however we are not responsible for this. We had to use those guns to bring peace. Responsible ones are the countries who give to the terrorists the guns.
